1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the continental United States.

How long will it take to receive my shoes? Our total delivery time is 3–6 business days. This includes:

• Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Saturday).
• Transit Time: 2–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order? Once your footwear has shipped, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see exactly where your package is.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders quickly, you must request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Please email us at support@barkergang.com with “URGENT” in the subject line.

Is my payment secure? Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure that your personal and financial information is 100% protected. We do not store your credit card details.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return window. To be eligible, your shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original shoebox.

How do I start a return? Please email us at support@barkergang.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price.

How long does it take to get my money back? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It usually takes about 8 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

How do I know what size to order? We provide a sizing guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best comfort in our sneakers and boots.
