DMCA POLICY

Barkergang respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Barkergang website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. We will review the counter-notice and may restore the material if it does not violate any copyrights.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Barkergang reserves the right to terminate access to our Site for any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

4. Protection of Barkergang Assets

All intellectual property associated with Barkergang—including but not limited to our brand name, logo, website design, footwear images, and original content—is the exclusive property of Richard Nevins Quiroz. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
