ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
At Barkergang, we work quickly to get your footwear orders processed and shipped. Because of our fast 1-day handling time, there is a very limited window to make changes.
- Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to receive the item and follow our 60-Day Return Policy.
- Order Modifications (Changes)
We can assist with the following modifications if the request is made within the 6-hour window:
- Address Corrections: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
- Size or Style Changes: If you selected the wrong shoe size or color, we can update the order provided it hasn’t been packed. If the item has already shipped, you will need to perform a return/exchange after delivery.
- How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is seen in time, please email support@barkergang.com with the subject line:
“URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]” or “URGENT: Change Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Refund for Cancellations
Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund is processed immediately. Please note:
- It usually takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or PayPal balance, depending on your financial institution.
