  1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To receive a full refund, returned items must meet the following “Like-New” standards:

  • Unworn & Unused: Soles must be clean; the upper material must show no creases or signs of wear.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original branded shoebox, placed inside a protective outer shipping box.

We believe in honest pricing.

  • We DO NOT charge restocking fees.
  • We DO NOT charge “handling” fees for returns.
  • The only cost you incur is the actual shipping postage to send the item back to our Texas warehouse.
  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (3-Step Process)
  1. Request: Email support@barkergang.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Pack the item securely and ship it using your preferred carrier.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 48 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed immediately.
  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size/style) or if the item arrived damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@barkergang.com with photos of the issue.
  • Barkergang will cover all shipping costs to correct the error or provide a full refund.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. While we process refunds instantly upon inspection, please allow up to 8 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the balance.
