+ Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.

+ Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day.

+ Operating Days: We process and ship orders from Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable U.S.-based carriers to ensure your footwear re aches you securely.

+ Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (within the continental United States).

+ Transit Time: 2–5 business days.

+ Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling (1 business day) + Transit (2–5 business days) = 3–6 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

To maintain transparency, we use a simple flat-rate shipping model:

+ Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 per order.

+ The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed in your order summary at checkout before you finalize your payment.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

+ Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.

+ You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress in real-time through the carrier’s official website.

5. Delivery Accuracy & Responsibilities

+ Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your street address, apartment number, and ZIP code to avoid delivery delays or failures.
+ Liability: Barkergang is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
